ATTENTION 2024-25 HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL (7th & 8th) STUDENT ATHLETES!!  Sports physicals are required for all students that plan to play a school-sponsored sport in the upcoming 2024-25 school year.  A walk-in sports physical clinic will be offered as follows:

FRIDAY, JUNE 14th & FRIDAY, AUGUST 9th
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Ascension St. Mary’s - Dr. Forsyth’s Office
1600 Brady St., Chesaning
Cost: $15.00 (cash or check)

Please make sure to have the MHSAA physical form with you when you get your physical.  A limited supply will be available at Dr. Forsyth's office.  Forms are available to pick at the Chesaning High School office.
