Girls Eighth Grade Basketball vs. Montrose Middle School

MONTROSE HILL-MCCLOY HIGH SCHOOL: 42

In a rematch of our season opener we played a very good Montrose team. While we have made a lot of improvement throughout the season our result against Montrose was the same as the first game. We were down 17-1 after the first quarter and 31-4 at halftime. The girls played with a lot of pride in the second half and we passed the ball and ran our offense more effectively but we fell short in scoring. The final score was 42-8.
