Chesaning Varsity Baseball is defeated by Carrollton 8-3 in game 2. Weston Powell started on the mound and took the loss for the Indians. Rafe Deal came in for relief and pitched 2 innings giving up 4 runs (1 earned) on 4 hits, 1 walk while striking out 2 batters.

With the loss Chesaning's record drops to 18-9-1. The Indians next play Valley Lutheran at Valley Lutheran on Saturday, June 5 at 10 AM in the semi-finals of MHSAA District action.
