The Chesaning varsity football team defeated Pinconning 38-0. The defense played another stellar game not allowing the Spartans many yards. Max Volk had 212 yards passing and three total touchdowns. Brayden Florian led the way with 105 yards rushing and one touchdown. Cal Fraiser and Eli Escamilla each had a rushing touchdown. Reese Greenfelder had 87 yards receiving and one touchdown. Jordan Nixon had 74 yards receiving with one touchdown. On the defensive side of the ball, Gavin Birchmeier had an outstanding game with 6 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, punt block, and a fumble recovery. Reese Greenfelder had 6 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks. This win runs the Chesaning record to 3-1.
