The Indians varsity soccer team defeated Corunna 4-0 in the Military Classic game Thursday night. Codey Harlan opened the scoring off an assist from Zachary Harlan. Forward Wyatt Persails was taken down in the box setting up a PK opportunity for the Indians which Aiden Dempsey buried for the second goal of the game. Midfielder Blake Laskowski maintained possession around five defenders and set up forward Ian Coon for the third goal of the game. Midfielder Eli Keck sent a beautiful pass through the defense line to assist Zachary Harlan for the final goal of the game. GK Landon Soule records the shut out for the Indians. Hayden Williams was dominant all night-- sending a shot of the post in the opening minutes after beating the defense and goalkeeper. Midfielder Zac Garno was impressive in midfield plugging holes and setting up opportunities throughout the game barely missing the back of the goal in the closing minutes of the game.
