The Chesaning varsity soccer team took 2nd place in the Swartz Creek Invitation going 2-1 on the day. In the first game, Chesaning defeated Perry 4-0 behind goals by Luke Barta, Zachary Harlan (2), and Justin Lange with assists by Luke Barta, Jayden Rettig, Truman Danek and Evan Diener. In the second game, Chesaning defeated Swartz Creek 4-1. Scoring for the Indians were Zachary Harlan (2) and Justin Lange (2) with assists by Kayden Mahoney (2), Luke Barta, and Aiden Trzil. In the third game Bay City John Glenn remained unbeaten by topping the Indians 3-0 in a match between two strong mid-field lineups.
