The Chesaning Boys JV squad, fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 14-5 loss to New Lothrop on Monday first game of the double header. The Hornets took the lead early in the game and never looked back.
Lucas Rumisek led things off on the hill for the tribe. The pitcher allowed seven hits and six runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out three. Blake Laskowski and Ethan Hinojosa entered the game as relief, throwing two innings and one and one-third innings respectively. Hinojosa allowed three hits, three walks, and struck out two. Laskowski finished the game pitching the final two innings allowing three hits, three walks, and striking out two.
The Indians racked up ten hits in the game. Kayden Witt, Blain Butcher, and Rumisek each had multiple hits for Chesaning Indians JV. Rumisek, Butcher, and Witt each collected two hits to lead the Indians
