The Chesaning Indians JV Baseball squad was victorious in their first game of season defeating Ovid-Elsie 8-4.
Chesaning got things started in the first inning when Brayden Florian doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
Eli Keck pitched all 4 innings of the time shortened game, to record his first victory in his High School debut.
Zach Garno, Blake Laskowski, Brayden Florian, and Luke Barta all managed to get hits in the game. Barta led the way with two.
