The Chesaning JV Football team opened the season at Bridgeport HS and defeated the Bearcats 30-0. Adam Woodcock opened the scoring for the Indians returning the opening kick-off 79 yards for a TD. Max Volk completed the 2 point conversion to Brady Sager making the score 8-0. Still in the 1st qaurter, Volk scored the 2nd touchdown for the Indians on a 4 yard TD run. Volk then converted the 2 point conversion, by once again completing the conversion attempt to Sager making the score 16-0. In the 3rd quarter Volk threw a 16 yard TD pass to Dakota Obuchowski. The 2 point conversion attempt failed, leaving the score at 22-0. In the 4th quarter Marvin Motley broke free for a 41 yard touchdown run and Cal Frasier added the 2 point conversion run to finish the scoring at 30-0 in favor of the Indians.

Leading the way for the Indians offensively were:

Max Volk 3-3 passing for 27 yards, 1 TD and two 2-point conversions. Volk also had 3 rushes for 7 yards and a TD.

Brady Sager 1-3 passing for 9 yards. Sager also had 9 rushes for 57 yards and 2 receptions for 11 yards and two 2-point conversions.

Marvin Motley 5 rushes for 67 yards and 1 TD.

Cal Frasier 3 carries for 16 yards and 1 2-point conversion.

Adam Woodcock 3 rushes for 18 yards and a 79 yard kick off return for a TD.

Keighan Stoddard 1 rush for 9 yards.

Dakota Obuchowski 1 reception for 16 yards and a TD.

Michael Clover 1 reception for 9 yards.

Defensively the Indians were led by:

Max Volk with 9 tackles.

Michael Clover, Marvin Motley and Cal Frasier with 7 tackles.

Brady Sager with 6 tackles.

Keighan Stoddard and Ryan Swartz with 5 tackles.

Adam Woodcock and Dakota Obuchowski with 4 tackles.

Quinton Everett, Timothy Neville and Ethan Hinojosa each with 1 tackle.
