The Lady Indians lost to the host Cavaliers in the season opener 47-37.  It was an exciting game that started out tied 6-6 after the first quarter and saw the Indians down 16-11 at halt time.  At the end of the 3rd quarter the Indians trailed by a score of 29-20. The team closed the gap to 4 points in the 4 quarter but was outscored 18-17 in the final quarter. Even though we lost the game I am happy with our performance. We didn't shoot well but was able to stay in the game. We will get better and look forward to our next game!
