Chesaning took on MMAC foe Montrose and came out on the losing end of a 1-0 pitchers duel. Ellie DuRussel throw 7 innings of 1 hit ball not giving up an earned run while striking out 17. Chesaning out hit the Rams 2-1 but couldn't push across a run. Abby Meder and Charley Mahan had the hits for the Indians in Game 1.
