3 Chesaning pitchers combined to no hit the Cavs in game 2 with Charley Mahan picking up the win.  Bryn Mahoney got the start and went an inning, Mahan came in to get out of a jam in the second with Ellie DuRussel throwing the final 3 innings.  Combined they gave up 2 ER with 8 k's.  Offensively for the Indians, Hailey Rolfe hit her second HR of the night, her 8th of the year, scored 3 runs and 4 RBI.  Other leaders in game 2:

"We don't play many back to back games as we just don't have the pitching to do that but I was extremely happy with the effort the girls gave tonight after a couple of tough games the night before.  We hit the ball well and scored runs, our defense had a few lapses but they overcame those.  Rolfe's 2nd HR of the night, her 7th & 8th of the year got the offense going as well as Hannah Coopers 2nd HR of the year got us going in game 1.  Can't say enough about the work our pitchers have been doing all year, they certainly don't do themselves any favors with the walks but they battle all the time and work with their defense to get out of jams, so a shout out to Ellie DuRussel, Charley Mahan and Bryn Mahoney for all the work they put in!"
