The Chesaning JV girls basketball team beat Lakeville 37-23. The team is really starting to understand the game of basketball on the defensive side. Offensive will always come and go but defense is a must. The team is starting to understand that concept. Savanna Conklin had another strong game with 23 points. Marenda Jones had 5 points while Makayla Reiber scored 4 points. The girls run their record to 4-7 and will be back in action on Thursday at Montrose.
