The lady JV Indians started the new year off with a 51-24 win against the Byron Eagles. The girls played great defense all game but the effort and fight the girls showed in the second half was the difference in extending the lead to 49-12 late in the 4th. Leading the way in scoring was Jordyn Butcher with 19 points and right behind her was Cora Ustishen with 17 points. Grace Ortega had 5 points (3 pointer from deep) and Audrey Gilman chipped in with 4 points. Chloe Fath, Addison Ostrander, and Alaina Knoellenger each had 2 points. The girls run their record to 4-2 and will be home next Monday against Montrose.
