The freshman girls volleyball team traveled to Shepherd High School on Monday, September 13, to compete in a tri against Bullock Creek and Shepherd. The lady Indians lost to Bullock Creek in the first game, 15-25 and 9-25. The team played Shepherd in the second game, but could not pull off a win, 14-25 and 16-25.
Leading the team was Caira Zervan with 7 service points, three aces, and one assist. Keira Swartz added six service points and three aces, while Natalie Piece had three aces, one kill and one dig. Talisha Helvie and Casey Railling each added two services points and one ace.
