Last night, Chesaning's freshman volleyball team hosted Shepherd and Bullock Creek in a triangular match. In the first match of the night, the lady Indians beat Shepherd in both sets with scores of 25-16 & 25-22. Leading scorer for the match was Alaina Knoellinger with 12 points, 7 being ace serves. Following behind her was Taylor Maier with 4 aces and a total of 7 points, Brianna Pierce scored 5 points, one ace, and Jordyn Butcher served for 4 points.                                                                                                                                          At the net, Butcher had 2 kills while Knoellinger earned one assist.

     In the second match, Chesaning took both sets from Bullock Creek with scores of 25-21 & 25-23. Again, Knoellinger was the top scorer in this match with 13 points, 3 being aces. Maier followed her with 9 points, 4 were aces. Lizzy Beldyga scored 2 ace serves and both Butcher & Pierce had 2 points each. Rounding out the scoring was Brooklyn Mallory with one ace serve.                                                                                              On the attacking line, were both Butcher and Knoellinger with one kill apiece and  Knoellinger earned an assist.
