Our seventh grade volleyball team took the court with energy and positivity for their very first game of their volleyball career! With high numbers, our team is split into an Orange and a Black team. The Orange Team took the court first at Mt. Morris High School and lost with scores of 9-25, 13-25, and 7-25. Even with the loss, the team’s energy never left the court!
Following the conclusion of the Orange team, the Black team took the court ready to play. The Black team fought hard against Mt. Morris. Unfortunately, it ended in a loss for Chesaning with scores of 21-25, 18-25, and 16-25. Avarie Emmendorfer-Thomas rallied at the serving line for 5 aces in a row. Following the energy of the Orange team, the Black team kept their spirits high until the very last point of the match.
