The 7th grade girls volleyball team was split into 3 separate groups to face Lakeville on November 18th, 2021. Having only one team, Lakeville put up a great fight against our roster of 32 girls. For the first game of the set, Chesaning Indians won with a score of 25-10. Star servers were #2 Jordyn Butcher with 5 ace serves, #3 Cora Ustishen with 5 ace serves, #9 Audrey Gilman with 4 ace serves, and #34 Leah Fulk and #11 Alaina Knoellinger dropped 1 ace serve each. Game two of the set went to us as well with a score of 25-16. Some wicked serves flew over the net for #32 Lilly Tomac who landed 5 ace serves, #15 Lizzy Beldyga landed 5 ace serves, and Avarie Thomas came out with 1 ace serve to assist in the win. Game three sealed the sweep for Chesaning with a score of 26-24. #1 Jordan Wendling had 3 ace serves, #26 Brianna Olgine was consistent at the serving line for 2 aces, and #31 Rowan Harris dropped 2 down for aces as well.
