The nightcap what a close game to the end and saw Brezlyn Struck leading at the plate with three hits, two to second base and one to first. Alexyanah Griffin got two nice singles and Savanna Conklins double was followed by Nicole Neumann, Samantha Shelton, Addison Ostrander, Libbienichole Belanger, Paige Breeden and Olivia Feliciano each making it to first base with a hit apiece.
Paige Breedan took to the mound for her first start of the season. Paige struck out one batter in three innings and worked hard to keep the game close for closer Brezlyn Struck to try to win it in the final innings. Struck threw four K's in the final two innings but the Indians were unable to keep the dropped third strike runner from crossing the plate and would split victories with Mt Morris on the night.
