The Chesaning Indians came out strong in a doubleheader against the New Lothrop Hornets, securing wins in both games with standout performances.
Game 1: Chesaning 4, New Lothrop 1
Cami Wolfe dominated on the mound, racking up an impressive 11 strikeouts and keeping New Lothrop's offense in check. Chloe VanBuren sparked the offense with a clutch triple, driving in 2 runs. Jaylynn Giesken executed a perfect bunt to keep the momentum going, and Harmony Lopez added an RBI to help seal the 4-1 victory.
Game 2: Chesaning 7, New Lothrop 4
In the second game Madi Blaska took the circle and delivered a solid performance with 5 strikeouts. Offensively, Chloe VanBuren continued her strong day at the plate with a double and single bringing in a run. The girls had a great night at home and walked away with a clean doubleheader sweep over the Hornets.
