Girls Varsity Cross Country 9th @ Birch Run

The Lady Indians took a 9th place finish in their first 5k competition of the year at the Birch Run Invitationals. Chesaning was led by the running of Junior Taylor Bailey who finished 51st overall with a time of 24:22. Bailey was followed by sophomore Makayla Reiber (26:13), Senior Emily Smith (26:26), Savannah Crofoot (33:27), and senior Lauren Grimm (34:30). Next up the Lady Indians travel to compete in the Corunna Early Invitational on Wednesday, August 30th.
