The Chesaning Lady Indians took a 7th place finish at the Birch Run Early Invitational out of 20 competing teams. Chesaning was led by Senior Taylor Bailey who set a new season best time of 23:30. Bailey was closely followed by Hannah Oakes who crossed the line in 23:31. Makayla Reiber (25:38), Gwen Maike (25:45) and Haylee Luft (26:48) all earned medals during competition. Serenity Peters (29:00), Rowan Harris (33:18), and Addison Rogers (40:45) completed the Chesaning team. All 8 Chesaning runners set new season best performances. Chesaning’s next competition is Wednesday, September 5th @ Uncle John’s Cider Mill.
