The Middle School baseball team continued overall good play beating Montrose 15-5 in the second game of the double header Thursday night. Max Volk continued a good day on the mound as he started the game, pitching 2 more innings. Volk struck out 4 hitters, giving up only 1 hit and walking 1 batter. Luke Barta closed out the game giving up no hits, no walks and striking out 2 in 1 inning. Dylan Feliciano added a strikeout for the Indians.
At the plate, Brady Sager hit 2 triples, driving in 2 runs and scoring twice. Luke Barta doubled in the game, driving in 1 run and scoring once himself. Eli Keck, Seth Schlicht, Quinton Everett, Bradyn Wendling and Feliciano added RBIs in the win.
Adam Woodcock, Brayden Florian, Keck, Schlicht and Everett each scored twice. Wendling and Volk also added runs for the Indians.
