The Chesaning Indians fell to Lansing Catholic Central 36-29. This ended the Indians season with a 9-1 record. It was a great season, and the players have a lot to be proud of from this season. Brayden Florian led the way offensively with 163 rushing yards and 4 total touchdowns. Max Volk had 222 yards passing and 1 touchdown. Defensively the Indians were led by Braydn Florian with 12 tackles and Adam Woodcock with 9 tackles. The team has a lot to be proud of and have brought back the pride to the Chesaning program.

The Chesaning Indians football team ended the regular season with a 52-0 win over Carrollton. Max Volk had a big game with 174 pass yards and 4 passing touchdowns. Landon Qualls played his best game of the season with 3 total touchdowns. Brayden Florian had 131 rushing yards and 1 touchdown. Cal Frasier led the way on defense with 14 tackles and Blake Hoerner was right behind him with 13 tackles. Adam Woodcock had a defensive touchdown from a fumble recovery. The Indians finish the season with a record of 9-0 and look forward to playing in the playoffs next week.

The Chesaning varsity football team had a hard-fought game against Birch Run. The team was able to pull out a 17-9 win against the Panthers. Max Volk ended the game with 2 more touchdowns. The entire defense played a great game and kept the Panthers out of the end zone in the 2nd half. With the win, the team now has a 5-0 record and will play Montrose next Friday.
