The Chesaning Athletic Department is proud to use FinalForms to help simplify the registration and communication process for our athletes iin 7th through 12th grade.

FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students online. This is going to be a change from our previous paper-based system, but it will be used going forward and we think it will ultimately make our record-keeping easier and safer for parents and kids.
