Girls Varsity Cross Country vs. Birch Run & Montrose

Chesaning Girls Cross-Country took 2nd place, defeating Montrose but falling to Birch Run @ Taymouth Township Park. Olivia Grover set a new season best time of 22:12 to secure a 3rd place finish. Taylor Bailey was close behind, taking 4th place with a time of 22:57. Emily Smith was 3rd for the Indians, crossing the line in 25:34, good for 18th place. Lauren Grimm (28:45) and Airis Schreib (31:41) completed the scoring for the Indians. Chesaning returns to action at Wickes Park on Tuesday, September 22nd hosted by Nouvel High School.
