Chesaning Varsity Baseball opened the season at home against the Caro Tigers and came away with a game 1 win 5-4. With the score tied 4-4 in the bottom of the 7th inning, Blake Laskowski laid down a perfect bunt allowing Brady Sager to score for the 5-4 victory for the Indians. Adam Woodcock earned the win for Chesaning coming in for relief and pitching the 7th inning.
