Chesaning opened MMAC play on Monday, April 8th at home against the Byron Eagles and came away with a 15-0, 3 inning mercy rule victory. Brady Sager started on the mound for the Indians and threw a 3 inning no-hitter. Sager allowed 1 base runner in the 1st inning with a walk, but he was erased with a double play. Sager ended up striking out 7 Eagle batters.
