The Chesaning Varsity Baseball team traveled to St. Charles on Thursday, May 9th and the Indians came away with a crazy game 1 win, 33-17. Chesaning held an 18-1 lead heading into the bottom of the 4th inning and Bulldogs answered with 7 runs to extend the game. Chesaning kept adding runs to extend the lead, but St. Charles kept battling and putting runs on the scoreboard to extend the game, pushing the game to the full 7 innings. Adam Woodcock started on the mound for Chesaning and pitched 3 innings and allowed 1 run to earn the win for the Indians. With the win Woodcock improved his record to 4-1 on the season. With the win the Indians overall record improves to 14-6 on the season and 10-0 in the MMAC. Chesaning will travel to Mt. Morris on Monday, May 13th for a league contest with the Panthers.

Chesaning and St. Charles were able to play 3 innings in the second game before the game was called. At that point the Indians were leading the Bulldogs 13-1. Eli Keck took the mound for Chesaning and pitched all 3 innings. Keck pitched a solid game allowing 2 hits and 1 run in the game.
