Chesaning bounced back and defeated the Corunna Cavaliers 11-3 in Game 2. Max Volk started on the mound for the Indians and pitched 6 strong innings to earn his second victory of his varsity career. Volk went 6 innings and allowed 2 hits, 1 walk, 2 earned runs and struck out 6 cavalier batters. Eli Keck came in for relief and closed the game out pitching the 7th inning. Keck gave up 1 hit, 2 walks, 1 run and struck out 1 batter. Volk and Brady Sager led the Indian offense with 2 hits a piece. Jacob Zyrowski, Hudson Persails and Logan Vogelaar each had 1 hit.

Corunna took the early lead scoring a run in the top of the 1st inning. Chesaning quickly responded scoring 2 runs in the bottom of the 1st inning to give the Indians the lead 2-1. Chesaning added 1 run in the 3rd inning and 4 runs in the 4th inning making the score 7-1 in favor of the Indians. Corunna then got 1 run back scoring in the top of the 6th, however Chesaning once again responded scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 6th making the score 11-2. Corunna scored the final run of the game in the top of the 7th inning to make the final score 11-3 in favor of Chesaning. With the win Chesaning improves to 5-1 on the season.
