The Chesaning Varsity Baseball team traveled to Merrill and came away with a win in game 1, 15-1. Max Volk earned the complete game victory for the Indians. Volk gave up five hits and one run over six innings, striking out eight and walking one. With the win Volk improves his record to 3-1. Chesaning amassed 10 hits in the game and were led by Brady Sager at the plate. Sager went 4-4, with a double, triple, two homeruns and a walk. Adam Woodcock also had a three run home run in the game. Jacob Zyrwoski collected two hits as well in the game. With the win Chesaning improves to 14-3 on the season.
