Chesaning picked up a big conferece win on the road 60-45 against New Lothrop. Chesaning came out quick jumping to 17-8 first quarter lead. New Lothrop battled back in the 2nd shrinking the Indian lead to 6 going into the half. The second half was all Chesaning as the balanced Indian attack outscored the Hornets 32-23. "It was a great atmosphere at New Lothrop tonight. A lot of excitement and energy in the crowd and on the court. New Lothrop is always solid and well coached so getting a win at their place is big deal for us. Tonight was a total team effort, we are so proud of our guys." The win moves Chesaning to 9-4 overall and 8-2 in the MMAC. The Indians are back in action when they take on undefeated Ovid-Elise Friday night at 7:00.
