Chesaning finished out the regular season with a 64-55 win over Mt. Morris. With the win Chesaning finishes 15-5 overall and 12-2 in the MMAC. It was a hard fought game for 4 quarters. The Indians pulled ahead early with a 32-24 first half. Mt. Morris battled back in the 3rd narrowing the Chesaning lead to 4 (41-37). In the final quarter the Indians made the plays down the stretch to hold off the Panthers and earn the win. “Tonight was a good test for us. Mt. Morris played really hard for 4 quarters and I’m proud of our guys for competing all night. Tonight caps off a great regular season for us, 15 wins is the most this program has had in a long time. We will enjoy this one tonight, and begin preparing for some really tough teams in districts.”
