Chesaning Boys Cross-Country took first place, at the Saginaw Nouvel Quad meet with a score of 18. The Indians swept the top three places, led by sophomore Levi Maier. Maier took first place overall with a time of 17:41. Addison James came in second overall with a new season best time of 18:37. Jaden James broke the 19 minute barrier for the first time this season, crossing the line third with a time of 18:57. Corbin Walker secured 5th place with a strong final mile, also setting a new season best time of 19:31. Freshman Mason Struck broke the 20 minute barrier for the first time this season, taking 7th place in 19:44. Isaac Zamora completed the Chesaning team with a finish of 26:14. The Indians will look to continue their season on Tuesday, September 29th as they host the 2nd MMAC Jamboree.
