Chesaning Boys Cross Country team captured 5th place at their MHSAA Regional meet. After starting the season without enough runners to score as a team, this was quite the turn around! This was a fantastic team to coach and see grow over the course of the season.
Chesaning was led by Levi Maier who took 15th place overall with a time of 17:31 earning a trip to the state finals meet. Addison James was next for the Indians with a 31st place finish in 18:39. Corbin Walker set a new PR, placing 34th in 18:44. Jaden James came in 41st, crossing the line in 18:57. Mason Struck capped off his Freshman season with a 45th place finish in 19:15. Logan Trzil completed the Chesaning team, crossing the line in 26:05.
