On Wednesday, September 1st the Chesaning JV Football team defeated the Mt. Morris Panthers 44-12. The Indians trailed 6-0 after the 1st quarter, but Marvin Motley got Chesaning on the board in the 2nd quarter with an 18 yard TD run. Brady Sager added the PAT to make the score 7-6 in favor of the Indians. Later in the 2nd quarter, after a fumble recovery by Keighan Stoddard, Sager connected with Jordan Nixon on a 16 yard TD reception and Sager added the PAT to make the score 14-6. After a blocked punt by Cal Frasier, Sager connected with Max Volk on a 31 yard TD pass and Sager then connected with Frasier on a 2-point conversion pass to make the score 22-6. Mt. Morris returned the ensuing kick-off to make the score 22-12 with 45 seconds left in the 1st half. However, Sager closed out the half by connecting with Stoddard for a 37 yard TD pass. Sager added the PAT to make the score 29-12 in favor of the Indians at the half. Chesaning got the ball to start the 2nd half and on the 1st play Marvin Motley broke free up the middle for a 50 yard TD run. Jordan Nixon added the PAT to increase Chesaning's lead to 36-12. In the 4th quarter after a 50 yard punt return by Nixon, Sager closed out the scoring with a 23 yard TD run. Dakota Obuchowski then connected with Motley for the 2 point conversion pass making the final score 44-12.

Leading the way for the Indians offensively were:

Brady Sager 7-10 passing for 116 yards, 3 TD's and one 2-point conversion. Sager also had 5 rushes for 33 yards and 1 TD.

Max Volk 1-3 passing for 20 yards. Volk also had 3 rushes for 3 yards and 1 reception for 31 yards and a TD.

Dakota Obuchowski was 1-1 passing for 3 yards and a 2-point conversion.

Marvin Motley 5 rushes for 65 yards and 2 TD's. 1 reception for 3 yards and a 2-point conversion.

Jordan Nixon 3 receptions for 52 yards and 1 TD. 1 punt return for 50 yards.

Keighan Stoddard 1 reception for 37 yards and a TD.

Cal Frasier 3 carries for 2 yards. 1 reception for 3 yards and a 2-point conversion.

Michael Clover 1 reception for 7 yards.

Adam Woodcock 1 reception for 6 yards.

Defensively the Indians were led by:
