In a Friday night matchup with BC John Glenn High School we came up short.  The girls came out on fire and had an early lead but then John Glenn hit some 3 pointers and had a 17-10 first quarter lead.  Hot shooting by John Glenn continued in the second quarter and at halftime we were down 32-17.  We came out with new intensity in the second half and our defense was very good.  Only 7 players on this team and they played their hearts out.  We won the 3rd quarter 5-2 ending up down 34-22 going into the 4th.  We narrowed the gap a couple of times but ending up losing 44-30.  Second half scoring was 13-12 in favor of us.  I was extremely happy with how hard we played.  It would have been easy to give up and get blown out but that did not happen.  We always felt like we could come back!
