NEW LOTHROP HIGH SCHOOL: 25
The Lady Indians earned the win Thursday at home against a good New Lothrop team. The score was tied 5-5 after one quarter and the Indians took a 18-14 lead into the locker room at halftime. New Lothrop shot the ball well and took a brief 19-18 lead before the Indians pulled ahead with a 26-21 lead into the fourth quarter. We outscored them 6-4 in the fourth quarter to get the win. We played good team defense and had a lot of steals. Turnovers hurt us and New Lothrop is a good shooting team and that keep them in the game. My team plays well together and with only 7 players they all contribute every night.
