The Chesaning JV lady Indians basketball team started their season out with a tough 38-17 loss to Valley Lutheran. The team couldn't seem to find the basket but they will improve with some more experience. Hailey Elrod led the way with 6 points while Addison Ostrander and Jordyn Butcher each had 4 points. The girls will be back in action Thursday night against Durand at home.
