Tyler Sager has been selected to represent Chesaning High School and play in the Michigan High School Baseball Coaches Association Senior All-Star Game on June 20th at Comerica Park, home of the Detroit Tigers. The game is slated to start at 4:00 PM. Sager has had a tremendous Senior season for the Indians, both on the mound and at the plate. On the mound Sager has a record of 10-0, struck out a school record 127 batters in 52 innings and has thrown 6 no-hitters this season. He also has allowed only 1 earned run on the season for a .135 Earned Run Average. At the plate Sager is batting .482 for the season with 41 hits, 37 RBI and has 15 extra base hits on the season.
