Gwen unleashed the beast at prelims yesterday! She lowered two school records. She dropped 9.37 seconds in the 500 Yard Freestyle! She is currently seeded 2nd for today's finals in the 500 and 4th in the 100 Backstroke. Go get it today Gwen! The water is yours!

Breathing is for the weak! Levi Maier lowered a school record in the 100 Freestyle by 1.67. That is crazy! Way to go Levi! I can't wait to see your speed in finals today! You have worked hard both physically and mentally for this! Very proud of this young man!
